Health First || New Patient

Health First Chiropractic wants to offer you as a new patient, the opportunity to come and speak with one of our doctors about your particular health issues in depth. With this special offer, you will be given a comprehensive health history questionnaire that allows you to explain your health problems and health concerns thoroughly.

You will then be given an in-depth tour of our facility which will familiarize you with the various treatment modalities and options that are available to treat your specific conditions. You will then be ushered by one of our health assistants to the consultation area where the assistant will take your primary baseline vital signs, giving the doctor a chance to review your questionnaire and familiarize themselves with your particular health first chiropractic situation.

The doctor will then perform a comprehensive consultation with you. The findings will be reviewed and a follow up appointment will be scheduled to review recommendations and any possible treatment protocols that may be recommended for your particular case.
